Erika will serve in the role of Bookkeeper/Accountant at the National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health.  

She comes to NLIRH with over 15 years of experience in accounting. Most of those years were spent at Delta National Bank and Trust Company, where she was the Accounting Department Supervisor and worked directly with the Controller preparing the bank’s financial reports primarily for the Board of Directors.

Jessica González-Rojas is the Executive Director at the National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health, the only national reproductive justice organization that specifically works to advance reproductive health, rights and justice for the 28 million Latinas in the United States. She has been a leader in progressive movements for over 15 years.  Jessica is successfully forging connections between reproductive health, gender, immigration, LGBTQ liberation, labor and Latino civil rights, breaking down barriers between movements and building a strong Latina grassroots presence.

For nearly a decade, Natalie has been committed to building a stronger progressive community in Florida.  She led one of UnidosUS’ most successful electoral programs, registering, educating, and mobilizing thousands of Latino voters to increase the level of Hispanic participation in the American political process. Her work included advocacy, voter and community engagement, and capacity-building for nonprofits.
