La Conexión Queer: Reproductive Rights for Latino(as) in the LGBTQ Community

Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) members of the Latino(as) community face particular considerations when it comes to their reproductive rights and health. Not only do the barriers that exist for all individuals face this group, but they may face additional challenges, including but not limited to discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity and expression when accessing health care services. There are many opportunities for reproductive rights advocates to work with LGBTQ groups to ensure that their access to health care is not further infringed upon.
