Southeastern Regional LOLA Training: July 13th - 15th

Become part of the social movement for reproductive justice and you could become a leader in transforming policy affecting the lives of Latin@s throughout the United States!
Our Southeastern Regional LOLA Training will take place on Friday, July 13 - Sunday, July 15, 2012 in Charlotte, North Carolina bringing together activists from throughout the South. This intensive 3-day training will provide Latin@ activists with various different sessions including the history of the movement for reproductive rights, abortion access, models for community organizing and specific skills-building to prepare a campaign. After the training, LOLA graduates will continue being part of NLIRH's national network of Latin@ activists and will become leaders in reproductive justice within their communities and states.

The deadline to submit an application is June 15, 2012. The objective of these questions is not to evaluate your knowledge in the area of reproductive health rights, but rather to gauge your way of thinking and your expectations for this training.
