Bethany Van Kampen serves as the Policy Analyst  at the National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health where she is responsible for the abortion access and affordability portfolio. Bethany leads the federal policy work and supports the needs of the Latina Advocacy Networks (LANs) on issues related to abortion access and affordability.

Katherine serves as the Operations Associate at the National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health in the Washington, D.C. office, and is responsible for coordinating all administrative and programmatic needs for the Washington, D.C. office.

Stephanie Castro

Stephanie Castro serves as the Digital Media Associate at the National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health in the Washington, D.C. Public Affairs office, where she curates the digital presence and digital engagement activities of NLIRH. Stephanie is a broadcast journalist with a degree from CUNY Brooklyn College. She was born and raised in Long Island, New York to a Colombian mother and Chilean father and is a dual citizen of the United States and Colombia. Previously, Stephanie has worked for Planned Parenthood and the United Nations.

Kristen Stehling

Kristen Stehling serves as the Senior Foundations Officer for NLIRH in our Washington D.C. office. She will be responsible for all grant program functions including grant research, grant writing, reporting and compliance.  Kristen has over five years of experience fundraising for social justice advocacy. Previously, she served as Manager of Institutional Giving for Asian Americans Advancing Justice | AAJC, overseeing the organization's grant portfolio and supporting the organization's corporate and private foundation relationships.
