NLIRH seeks a highly-qualified development professional to assist in the direction of the fundraising operations for the organization, thereby supporting the Executive Director, Deputy Director and the Board of Directors in the ongoing maintenance and expansion of the organization’s fundraising program. The Associate Director of Development will be charged with supporting NLIRH’s fundraising efforts with foundations and individuals throughout the U.S. and with board members and other stakeholders. The position reports to the Deputy Director.
NLIRH seeks a committed, experienced individual who is passionate about women’s issues to lead and manage our Community Mobilization Program. The Community Mobilization Program seeks to increase Latina visibility, cultivate well informed leaders and build state networks of activists that will inform and support our National Agenda and strengthen state and national reproductive justice activism.
Reporting to the Deputy Director, the Director of Community Mobilization is a senior management position. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading successful campaigns, preferably state or nationwide using new media technologies, with management and training experience; skilled and extroverted with diverse communities; and highly motivated in a fast-paced environment! Candidates must have knowledge and commitment to reproductive health and rights and/or social justice issues.
