Health care reform has been a long, complicated process.  Unfortunately, this battle has been fought on the bodies of women and immigrants, and the process has been full of compromises that will be felt distinctly in our communities.  We have been left with a bill that may expand health care coverage to millions of Americans and yet contains some of the most egregious setbacks to reproductive rights since the 1970s, excludes immigrants, and denies the U.S. territories full parity.
